Thank you for staying with Citi Stayz. These House Rules apply to all guests, in addition to our Terms & Conditions, which contain the full legal terms of your stay, including all applicable fees. Where a fee is mentioned below, the exact amount is set out in our Terms & Conditions.
1. Check-In & Check-Out
Check-in: From 3:00 PMÂ Â Â Â Check-out: By 10:00 AM
Late check-out fees apply — see our Terms & Conditions for details. Specific check-in instructions for your property are provided in your personalised Guest Guide.
2. Keys & Access
Most doors auto-lock when you exit — please make sure you have your keys or access device with you before leaving the property. Fees apply for lockouts and lost keys — see our Terms & Conditions for details.
3. Quiet Hours & No Parties
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Events and parties are not permitted at any Citi Stayz property. Please always be considerate of neighbours at all times.
4. Smoking
All Citi Stayz properties are strictly non-smoking, indoors and on balconies (where building rules apply). A cleaning fee applies for any breach — see our Terms & Conditions for details.
5. Pets
Pets are not permitted unless approved in writing prior to your stay. Please contact us before booking if you wish to bring a pet, this may be considered on a case by case basis.
6. Building Amenities
Shared amenities such as pools, gyms, spas, lifts, and BBQ areas are managed by the building, not by Citi Stayz. These are used at your own risk, and occasional maintenance closures are outside our control.
7. City Living
Our properties are in central, high-density locations. Some ambient city or construction noise should be expected as a normal part of CBD living.
8. Reporting an Issue
If something isn’t right with your accommodation, please let us know straight away with photo evidence so our team can look into it. We’re given the opportunity to investigate and resolve issues before any refund is considered — see our Terms & Conditions for the reporting timeframe.
9. Changing Your Booking
Requests to change or extend your booking close to check-in are considered at our discretion and aren’t guaranteed — see our Terms & Conditions for full details.
10. Breaches of These Rules
A breach of these House Rules is treated as a breach of our Terms & Conditions, which may result in termination of your booking — see our Terms & Conditions for full details.
